Move Well. Be Healthy.
Why do I say that? With over 25 years in the fitness industry, I have experienced alot of different workout styles. I have seen people become almost addicted to a certain style but they are not healthy because they may always be trying too hard to be better. I am not saying that getting better is not a good goal but within realistic parameters. On the other spectrum I have seen people who do no or little exercise due to an illness of some kind and can become depending of various medications. Then they are told they need to exercise and go do a style that is not good for their body at the time. So we need to tune into our bodies and listen to what it is telling us so we move well and get healthier.
