About Kathy Breen
Kathy Breen has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years, starting as a Certified Fitness Instructor (1995), teaching many different types of classes : Hi-impact, Step, Strengthening, Toning, Kickboxing, and Cycling to name a few, then added a Personal Training Certification (1998) to better understand the anatomy of the body and how movement works with the different systems in your body. In 2000, she started to focus more on the mind/body connection through adding Stott Pilates Certification(Dance specialty), East to West Yoga Certification (2004-2005), and Level 4 Certified Essentrics Instructor Certification in (2017-2021) Kathy has all the tools and will gladly help you find a sustainable, movement method to enhance your life. Kathy works with a variety of clients: active agers, young adults, people in chronic pain, and busy executives.
Educating Since 1995
Kathy has annually attended an international fitness conference for almost 25 years and is pleased to see how this industry has evolved. It is not just about how you look or how fast you can move or how much weight you can bench press. It is now all about how you feel in your own body by focusing on good movement patterns, eating a good diet diet for your body, and being your own best self. Sometimes we focus on many external factors when it comes to our health and wellbeing but you really need to go internally and work the way that is best for our body at the time. All this is now available to us in this wonderful health and wellness industry.
Kathy personally communicates with every client to make sure they feel acknowledged, understood, and welcomed.
We offer small in-studio group sessions, private/semi-private training, private reformer, and company wellness breaks.
